How to Proceed
- Please fill out our application form. We will send you an agreement by e-mail.
- Please sign the agreement and return by fax, courier or regular mail.
Also please enclose a copy of your valid passport.

- After receipt of your contract, we will send you two invoices and a concept of the Domestic Rules and Regulations;
- As soon as your payment has been processed, we will send you the original Domestic Rules and Regulations signed by the foundations manager;
- From that moment onwards; you can start transferring your assets to the foundation.
We have partnered with T.W.M. Trust N.V. to act as foundation manager for all of Gill Martin Inc.'s clients. TWM Trust NV is located on Curaçao in the Netherlands Antilles and is supervised by the Netherlands-Antilles Central Bank. In case of unsatisfactorily resolved complaints, this institution will also perform the role of ombudsman.
